Could not log in? Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Step 1: Try to Reset Your Password

First, we suggest resetting your password by following this link: https://hubsch-interior.com/b2b/en/reset-password/. Enter the account number associated with your company and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. Ensure you use the correct account number linked to your B2B portal account. You can find your account number in the first welcome email from Hübsch or in one of the invoices if you have placed any orders before.

Note: There should not be any spacing before or after the account number.

Step 2: Check Your Spam Folder

Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email with a temporary password. Sometimes, emails get filtered into the spam folder.

If you find the email in your spam folder, mark it as “Not Spam” to prevent this issue in the future. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Did you not find the email in the spam folder? Follow the next step!

Step 3: Verify Account Information

If you cannot resolve the issue by following the previous steps, there may be an issue with your account information. You might be using the wrong account number, or the email associated with your account needs to be updated. Please provide your account details and a description of the issue; our team will help you solve the problem.

Indtast det kontonummer, der er knyttet til din virksomhed, og følg instruktionerne, der er sendt til din indbakke. Sørg for at bruge det korrekte kontonummer, der er knyttet til din B2B-portalkonto. Du kan finde dit kontonummer i den første velkomstmail fra Hübsch eller i en af fakturaerne, hvis du har bestilt før.

Bemærk: Der må ikke være mellemrum før eller efter kontonummeret.

Trin 2: Tjek din spam-mappe

Tjek venligst din spam-mappe, hvis du ikke har modtaget e-mailen med en ny midlertidig adgangskode. Nogle gange bliver e-mails filtreret ind i spam-mappen. Hvis du finder e-mailen i din spam-mappe, skal du markere den som “”Ikke spam”” for at forhindre dette problem i fremtiden.

Trin 3: Bekræft kontooplysninger
