Ambassador Program - Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
1.1. The Ambassador Program is designed to reward individuals (“Ambassadors”) for promoting and advocating for Hübsch.
1.2. By participating in the Program, Ambassadors agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old.
2.2. Ambassadors must have an active and public social media presence.
2.3. Hübsch reserves the right to accept or reject any Ambassador application at its sole discretion.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
3.1. Ambassadors agree to actively promote Hübsch and its products/services through their social media channels.
3.2. Ambassadors may not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of Company.
3.3. Ambassadors shall use the provided tracking links or discount codes when promoting Hübsch to ensure proper attribution if giving so.
3.4. Ambassadors shall always after ending a campaign send all the content creations for the task to ambassador@hubsch-interior.com via a WeTransfer link so the quality does not decrease. All content must be without text, icons and music.
3.5. Ambassadors are required to use the hashtag #hubschambassador.
3.6. Ambassadors shall always tag @hubschinterior in any content they share and on any platform.
3.7. Ambassadors must create high-quality and authentic content that aligns with the Hübsch brand image. The content should be aesthetically pleasing and showcase the products in a positive light.
4. Compensation:
4.1. Ambassadors can choose which campaigns they want and do not want to participate in.
4.2. Ambassadors will be invited to exclusive events.
5. Content Usage:
5.1. Ambassadors grant Hübsch Retail APS (B2C) the right to use and repost any content they create as part of the Ambassador Program.
5.2. Hübsch Retail APS (B2C) will give proper credit to Ambassadors for their content whenever used.
5.3 Hübsch Retail APS (B2C) can use any content in paid advertising, SoMe, Webside, Newsletters and other kind of media.
5.4 By signing up for the ambassadorship, you also agree to the B2B usage of your content. This means that your images and videos will be included in our image bank and made available to our B2B partners for the promotion of our brand across their marketing channels, including but not limited to paid advertising, social media, newsletters, websites, and more, without the requirement of crediting you as the creator. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation if a B2B partner uses your content.
6. Termination:
6.1. Either party may terminate the Ambassador relationship at any time for any reason.
6.2. Hübsch reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation in the Program for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Confidentiality:
7.1. Ambassadors agree not to disclose any confidential information received from Hübsch during their participation in the Ambassador Program.
8. Changes to Terms:
8.1. Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Ambassador Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes via email or the Program portal.
