Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX®

This is our Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® Story

Hübsch has an ambition of only using textiles that are sustainable and safe from a human-ecological perspective.

In 2020, we introduced OEKO-TEX® in many of our textile products, and we aim to have only OEKO-TEX® certified textile products by 2025.

What is Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX®

Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® is a worldwide association of independent institutes for product safety and sustainable production in the textile industry. Products certified with Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® do not contain any toxic or allergic substances.

Our Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® products are certified under the STANDARD 100 certification, which is one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety.

If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless in human ecological terms. The test is conducted by independent Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of the extensive Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® criteria catalogue. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements.

You can find all of our Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® products marked clearly in our catalogue. All marked products are certified as STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® with certification number 2076-312 DTI.

This means the product are tested for harmful substances and produced sustainable in accordance with Standard 100 By OEKO-TEX® guidelines.
