How do I track my order?

You can find your tracking number in the email you have received after you placed your order. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order as soon as you place it or from 30 days after you receive it. As part of these regulations, you should get a refund within 14 days of the retailer receiving the goods or your giving evidence that you’ve returned them.

What do I do if I do not receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can find a solution.

How can I change or cancel my order?

A change or cancellation of order, under normal circumstances, is, by no means, a problem. You just need to contact our customer service, and we will do what we can to change or cancel your order.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

In the unusual event your delivered order is broken or defective, please write to shop@hubsch-interior.com.

What do I do if I received an incorrect item?

In the unusual event we have sent you the wrong product, please write to shop@hubsch-interior.com with photos of the product you received and the delivery note. In the e-mail subject state the number of the order you placed, so we can process it and find a solution as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or remove an item from my order?

Once the order has been confirmed, it goes straight to the warehouse, where it is processed. Because we process orders so quickly, we are unable to process cancellations or changes to items. However, you can always return the order or item once it has arrived.

I haven’t received an order confirmation…

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an order confirmation email within minutes. Make sure to check your spam filter. Even if you have not received an order confirmation, it is possible that the order has been completed. Please contact our customer service before placing a new order.

Which payment method do you accept?

You can use one of the following payment methods to pay for your order:
MasterCard, Visa

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds can be expected within 10 days from the day we receive and inspect the item that has been returned.

Are your shipments safe?

Yes, all our shipments are free from any risks. Hübsch uses UPS and Dachser to ship the products. All the products are insured and require your signature when delivered.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Depending on the item purchased and your adress the arrival of the product may be anytime between 1-4 days. You can find more information about delivery here.

Can I change my delivery details after I have paid for the order?

If we are still processing the order we generally can make a change to your delivery details; if the delivery company already has your package, it is likely they will be able to process it but they may charge you extra to do so.

How do I receive my order? (large packages)

Large packages over 20 kg are sent with Dachser and delivered after 3-4 working days.
