The following general terms and conditions for Hübsch Retail ApS apply to all goods orders from customers (i.e., persons who order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity). In the version that is valid at the time of your order.
The general terms and conditions apply only to the extent that they do not limit the additional consumer protection rights that apply to your residence. The general terms and conditions only apply to purchases made via the online store at www.hubsch-interior.com/
Payment can be made using the following means of payment: VISA, Mastercard.
When paying with MasterCard debit, Visa Electron, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment. The amount is deducted when the item is shipped.
Suppose several items have been ordered in one order, and one or more items cannot be delivered immediately. In that case, we will only deduct payment for the item or items when the items are shipped. All prices in our online store are gross prices, including statutory VAT and do not include shipping costs.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery options and delivery prices may vary depending on the delivery address, purchase time, and goods availability. Shipping added to the price of the item. We will show you the available delivery methods, price, and delivery date for your order when your purchase is processed. We deliver goods to addresses in Denmark, Germany, Poland, France, Austria, Belgium, Finland, The Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price is fully paid.
The items are delivered within 1-4 working days after your order is paid.
We offer the following forms of delivery:
- UPS – parcel shop
- UPS – private delivery
- UPS – parcel shop express
*Does not include deliveries of furniture and larger items.
Curbside delivery is delivered by a freight forwarder (Dachser).
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within thirty days without giving a reason. If you have bought several items in an order, you can cancel the purchase of some or all items. See reimbursement of delivery costs in partial cancellation under the “refund of the money in the event of cancellation” section.
The cancellation period expires thirty days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (but not the carrier) receive the goods in physical possession. Suppose you have ordered several items in one order, and we cannot deliver the items simultaneously. In that case, the cancellation period is valid upon the delivery of the final item on your order.
Suppose the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. In that case, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation
You may lose your right of cancellation if you break the seal or packaging on hand creams, hand soaps, and washing up liquid.
When you change your mind about a purchase
You can change your mind about your purchase by giving us a succinct notification. Please send us an email informing us that you have changed your mind to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also send us a letter, see our address above. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you have changed your mind. You can use the law’s standard cancellation form. The cancellation right is complied with if you notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase within the cancellation period.

Return of the goods and return costs
Suppose you have changed your mind about the purchase of an item. In that case, you must send or return the item without undue delay to:
-no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You cannot send items per cash on delivery or without a carrier. You must pay for the return shipment of the item yourself. Items delivered to you on pallets with a courier or individual items weighing more than 20 kilos cannot be returned by regular mail. The cost of return by courier depends on where you live and the goods you have purchased. Return expenses are expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 200 Euros.
Goods purchased from one of our dealers must be returned to the respective dealer.
Refund of money in case of cancellation
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply to extra expenses once you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer. Suppose you have purchased several items in an order and want to return part of your purchase. In that case, we will not refund the delivery costs. We will refund the amount without undue delay within ten days from the date we received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the amount until we have received the goods or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees because of the refund.
The condition of the item when returning and packaging
You must return the item in its original packaging. The packaging can be opened but not destroyed. If the packaging is missing or damaged, it may constitute an impairment for which you are liable. Make sure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. During the return process, you are the only liable. Suppose the item is damaged and value decreases further due to the handling. In that case, you have the sole responsibility, and you bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt and possibly the tracking number.
Complaint - if there is something wrong with the item
When purchasing goods, the rules of the Purchase Act apply. If you receive a damaged item, you have a 24 month right to complain, provided you can present proof of purchase.
Opportunities for appeal
If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following appeal options:
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the Board of Trustees: www.kpo.naevneneshus.dk
You can also use The European Commission’s online complaints portal to file a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. This competition is open to all individuals, 18 years old or older, who reside in countries where the organiser delivers: Denmark, Germany, Poland, and France. The organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility for participation and the entrants’ identity.
Each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions by participating in this competition.
Entrants must participate by signing up for the organiser’s newsletter via pop-up and formula. The entrant signs up with their name and email address. Entry Frequency is once per person with one email address only. Any attempt of signing up with a fake name and email address will result in exclusion from the competition. No purchase is necessary.
Entrants are not allowed to use “Hide my email”- function.
Employees and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings), any company or sponsor associated with the organiser, may not enter the competition. Any such person attempting to enter shall not be eligible to win, and their entry shall not be counted.
The entrant is the sole responsible for the timely entrance of the competition. The organiser assumes no responsibility for any misdirected, delayed, or lost mail or any error. The organiser will not be held accountable for any entrance and sign-up challenges. Individuals not complying with these terms will be disqualified.
One winner will be chosen at random from all the valid submissions.
The winner will receive the prize and PROMO code for our web shop at the address provided in the contact details. The validation of the PROMO code expires six months after the end date of the competition. If the winner does not claim the PROMO code within that period, the prize will remain the organiser’s property.
The specific details regarding the prize claim will be managed between the organiser and the winner via the email used for entering the competition.
The winner will be contacted directly and announced by their first name on the organiser’s website when the competition is over.

The terms and conditions for entering the competition and the enforcement of these terms and conditions are prohibited by law and subject to Danish law only. Entrants submit irrevocably and exclusively to Danish courts.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or giving reasons.
What is a cookie?

What personal information do we collect, for what purposes and the legal basis for the processing?

When you buy a product or communicate with us on the website, we collect the information you provide. e.g., name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method, information about the time of purchase, which products you buy and possibly return delivery requests, and the IP address from which the order was made.
The goal is that we can create you as a customer and deliver the products you have ordered, and otherwise fulfil our agreement with you and to:
- be able to manage your rights to return
- prevent fraud
- comply with legal requirements, including bookkeeping and accounting

When you sign up for our newsletter as a member of our Hübsch community, we collect information about your name, email address, IP address and possibly a mobile number.
We also collect information about when you sign up for our newsletter, when you unsubscribe from the newsletter, and where and when you open the newsletter. We do so to:
- compile statistics for use in optimising our newsletters
- enable marketing purposes
- be able to document your consent to receiving the newsletter

Legitimate interests pursued in the treatment
Our processing of your personal data takes place in part based on the balancing of interests rule in Article 6 (1) of the Data Protection Regulation. 1, letter f. We have weighed our legitimate interests in marketing, improving the website, security and preventing fraud and your interests to ensure that your interests or fundamental rights or freedoms do not exceed our interests. Recipients of personal information
Information about your name, address, email, telephone number, order number and specific delivery requests is passed on to UPS or Dachser, which is responsible for delivering the purchased goods to you.
If the law obliges us, we may pass personal information to public authorities, such as the Police. This could be in case of suspicion of offences or as part of the investigation of specific violations.
Information about a purchase, including who made the purchase and where the item was delivered, can be passed on to the card issuer if the cardholder states that the card has been misused in connection with the specific purchase.
We may be pass information on to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, hosting, technical operation, and improvements of the website, sending out newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as for your assessment of our company and products.
These companies are data processors and, under our instruction, process data for which we are data responsible. The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality.
Google Analytics v / Google LLC. is established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the certification of the data processor under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. EU Personal Data Regulation Art. 45.

The right of access
You have the right to be informed, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal information and recipients of information there may be, and information on where the information comes from. The right to rectification

The right to delete
In some instances, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted, e.g., if you revoke your consent and we do not have another legal basis to continue the processing. Deletion of personal data
Information collected about your use of the website is deleted when cookies expire. See under our cookie declaration. information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn unless we have another basis for processing the information. However, we can store documentation of your consent for two years after we last sent you electronic marketing.
Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on the website will, in principle, be deleted two years after the end of the calendar year in which you have made your purchase. However, information can be stored for a longer period if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, e.g., if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted, or defended, or if storage is necessary to meet legal requirements.
Accounting material is stored for five years until the end of a financial year to meet the needs of the Accounting Act. We will automatically delete the information that we have collected in connection with your registration to and during your customer club membership if you have not logged in to your user profile for three years or unsubscribe from our customer club’s membership.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or deterioration of personal data and against the disclosure or misuse of unauthorised persons. Only employees who need to access your personal information to perform their work have access to it.
Changes in the personal data policy
If we make changes to the Personal Data Policy, you will be informed of this on your next visit to the website. If you have joined our customer club, you will be notified of the policy changes by sending information to your registered email address.
How do I track my order?

What do I do if I do not receive my order?
If you have not received your order within seven days, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
Can I change the address on my order?
A change of address is by no means, a problem. It just depends on how far along in the order handling we are. Please contact our customer service, and we will do what we can to change the address if possible.
Can I cancel or remove an item from my order?
Once the order has been confirmed, it goes straight to the warehouse, where it is processed. Because we process orders so quickly, we are unable to process cancellations or add-ons of single items or changes to items. However, you can always return the unwanted item once it has arrived.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
In the unusual event your delivered order is broken or defective, please write to email@example.com.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?
In the unusual event we have sent you the wrong product, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the product you received and the delivery note. In the email subject, state the number of the order you placed, so we can process it and find a solution as soon as possible.
I haven't received an order confirmation
Once you place an order, you receive an order confirmation via email within minutes. Make sure to check your spam filter. Even if you have not received an order confirmation, it is possible that the order has been completed. Please get in touch with our customer service before placing a new order.

How long do I have the right to return my order?

Depending on the item purchased, the arrival of the product may be anytime between 1-4 days.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds can be expected within ten days from the day we receive and inspect the item that has been returned.
