The interior balances the raw character of the existing architecture with softer and more inviting elements. While the exposed concrete ceiling adds a distinctive architectural feature, the design introduces warmth through colour, textures and carefully selected decorative details that create a more comfortable and lived-in atmosphere.

As the apartment is designed for students, functionality was a key focus throughout the project. Each room includes a dedicated desk area, creating a practical setting for studying while maintaining a cohesive and inspiring living environment.
