PRACTICE

The Mediterranean is more than a reference — it is the soul of the project.
Inspired by red earth, azure skies and the deep cobalt of the sea, the interiors capture the warmth and quiet strength of southern landscapes and reinterpret them in the heart of Paris.

The ambition was clear: to create a welcoming and relaxing enclave, a refuge from the intensity and constant movement of the city. A place where the atmosphere feels soft yet contemporary — where design invites the mind to wander and allows the body to unwind after long walks through the capital.

Natural materials play a central role. Oak furniture from Hübsch adds warmth and authenticity, while textured textiles and carefully selected design pieces introduce depth and character. Together, they create apartments that feel protective and embracing — true urban cocoons.

Colour is not an accent here; it is a statement. Warm terracotta tones meet calming blues, while rounded and structured shapes interact throughout each space, creating balance between softness and precision. Technical elements such as matte square tiles and bespoke resin details by studio.valentine.kvl — from custom handles to mirrors and lighting — add a contemporary edge and reinforce the architectural clarity of the design.

The result is a collection of solar, optimistic apartments — luminous spaces that feel like a ray of Mediterranean light cutting through the grey of the city.
