Hübsch A/S is a Danish design company that creates and sells its own collection of furniture and home interior products worldwide – primarily through partner webshops and retail stores. Our headquarters are located in Herning, Denmark, and we employ approximately 30 people. At Hübsch, there is a short distance from ideas to action.
You will become an important part of our B2B sales department, where we are all focused on being the best possible partner for our customers. You will join a dedicated international team and build a broad network both inside and outside the organization, as you will work across the entire value chain.
About the Position
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for our French-speaking customers – primarily in France, but also in Belgium, Switzerland, and other French-speaking markets.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect sales and logistics while ensuring a high level of communication both internally with our departments and externally with our customers.
The position is based at our office in Herning, where the rest of the team is also located. You will work with a wide range of tasks and stakeholders, so it is important that you maintain an overview, communicate clearly, and work in a structured manner to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct customer contact and order reception via webshop, email, telephone, and showroom
- Order management in Uniconta (ERP system)
- Follow-up on orders, inventory status, distribution, and customer claims
- Development of key account customers in French-speaking markets
- Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
Your Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and Danish; English is an advantage
- A few years of sales experience, preferably from a B2B organization and/or the design and lifestyle industry
- Comfortable working with administrative processes and able to manage them efficiently
- Experienced IT user with the ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
- Structured and systematic approach to work, even in a busy and dynamic environment
- A team player with a positive attitude who is motivated by supporting colleagues

Practical Information
- Full-time position (37 hours per week)
- Workplace: Herning, Denmark
- Fixed-term maternity cover position of approximately 10–11 months, with the possibility of extension
- Start date: As soon as possible
