Sales Agent
Hübsch is looking for strong sales agents to strengthen our international presence and accelerate growth in key markets. You may operate as an independent agent or as part of an established agency.
A fast-moving Danish design company
Hübsch A/S is a Danish brand designing and selling our own collections of furniture and home interior products worldwide—primarily through partner webshops and retail stores. We are headquartered in Herning, Denmark, and employ around 30 colleagues. Hübsch is a company in rapid development, with short decision paths and a hands-on approach.
As a Sales Agent, you will become an important extension of Hübsch’s B2B sales efforts. We have a strong focus on being the best possible partner for our customers, and you will join a dedicated international team working across the value chain.
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth and increase sales in your market/territory
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with retailers through regular visits and ongoing contact
- Identify and establish new business opportunities, including collaboration with architects and other players in the project/contract market
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional sales and a consistently high service level
- Present new collections and proactively execute B2B sales activities
- Place and manage orders using Hübsch’s digital tools
- Represent Hübsch at relevant trade fairs and local industry events
- Provide weekly updates and market feedback to our headquarters in Denmark
Personal and professional qualifications
- Solid experience in sales within furniture, interiors, lifestyle, or related industries
- Strong network of retailers and/or contract customers in your market
- Self-driven, structured, and commercially minded
- Performance-oriented with a strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Confident in presenting and promoting premium brands at events and fairs
- Willing to travel and holds a valid driver’s license
